How Unlock Bootloader in Redmi Note

Hello everyone.
As you may know, Xiaomi decided to lock their devices bootloader in the latest updates.
I, as a Redmi Note 3 owner, had the bad luck of already having the bootloader locked ever since i powered up thephone.
As a result of this (silly) Xiaomi's strategy, many users are turned away from Xiaomi.
The bootloader unlocking proccess has many frustrated and some even infuriated. (I'm both!)

So... I made a poll, to request Xiaomi to unlock our bootloader.
